H2 Grill Guard suggestions? Side Steps?

The ones Eagle has are custom made - no website directions.
The N-Fab steps do require drilling and a bit of work to install. I do like how they look though. I have read in the past that some do not like where the steps are welded onto the bars though - not quite in the ideal spot.
