The right side - take the right end cover (part #10 in the exploded diagram above) off the dash. There is a hole in the end of the dash top the top inside you can stick a long screwdriver in over the vent and push the right side one. If you have the lower glovebox part of the dash off, or if you swing the glovebox all the way down by pulling the right edge of the glovebox stop in, you reach from the glovebox opening to get to the left one. They are a pain to get at and press in.. You cannot remove the upper dash cover pieces until that handle is removed.
