I bought a 2006 H2 with a 6" Fabtech Performance lift. I noticed the lower bump stops are way thinner than OEM. I also noticed that my front shocks are only traveling 2.5" based on the dust mark. Even going fast offroad. I'm afraid my lift kit may be killing the off-road performance as I recently broke my upper ball joint resulting in the wheel falling off. I was driving fast offroad but I'm wondering if OEM would give me better strength and performance than my Fabtech lift. Any thoughts? How much shock travel do you get with an OEM setup? Thanks!

 

you might not be able to go back to stock. there is cutting involved during install.
