On mine it was passenger’s rear window motor that went bad. I purchased original GM replacement motor/regulator (it’s one set) from Amazon. It’s the priciest option, but I figured the original lasted me 18 years, it’s worth getting another GM. There’s youtube videos how to replace— not too difficult

On the leaks, I replaced all marker light seals, sealant the cable hole itself, clear up sunroof drain tubes, but at the end, adding black sealant INSIDE the top and sides of the door opening weather rubber seal was the solution. I did all 4 doors.

Ok i put on new sticky back seals on all the over cab lights on the hummer and the rain stopped coming in on the headliner etc, but here lately the floor boards are sopping wet when it rains, is it probably the black seals have finally had better days? One is flopping,thats all i can figure,
