Fatboy Goes Into The Shop Tomorrow...Maybe will find that Leak?
It's the truth...at what point do cars become not serviceable at a reasonable price. The Mgf's have out Teched themselfs. Now this country is littered with Foreign cars either made here or overseas. To Much crap.
No big deal... I have a nice savings account for the H2 over the years. Rather than spend XX $$ on that stupid Car Shield chit. I just socked a few bucks away ecah month for just this kind of occasion. So no pain... And if it does need a Windshield ...It's covered under my AAA policy as I said in other posts.
And of course your H3 doesn't leak... It's totally different then the H2. I had a 2007 loaded. Never had any problems. The H3 is a Colorado Truck chassis with the H3 body. It was made in Shreveport La. GM layed off 3000 people at that plant when they put the H3 to sleep. Great truck. And besides... GM built it. The H2 was built by "AM General"

'Soldier, Carry On'!
AVine just delivered a hood condom to review:
OK, Fatboy comes home to morrow. Leak Fixed. Then it migrated to another section. He managed to stop that one also. Used a GM dealer brand sealant to plug up the dyke....(He said Dyke)..L.O.L.
Any way I have to find someone to clean the headliner or find out what I can use that works. Any suggestions welcome.
Also I'll be posting the Video of the leak in real time so you'll see where it is. I'll also have some great info on keeping the leaks from happening in the first place. It's a Trick the Mat uses that works and makes sense to prevent clogs in the drainage system of the sun roof and Roof Rack Tracks... Stayed tuned. I might make a Seperate post for this so all can see it.
Be back on to morrow.
