The mechanical transmission shifter went the way of the dodo bird. My RAM 1500 has a **** on the dash. I don't mind it once I got used to it.
My Squarebody GMC is an automatic, I have a Snap-On Screwdriver handle on the end of the shifter handle. Have two Mopars and both are stick shift.

I love old cars and trucks.

Don't know at this point what's happening till Monday or Tuesday. The leak appears to be from the corner leaking thru the sealant in the channel where the windshield lays. Not sure yet if it is a rusted channel or what, As I said when this leak first appeared in 2009 they did everything at the dealer to try and stop it. They even replaced the windshield back then.

It might be what VAX talked about in his videos, Micro Cracks in the sealant that has dried out and split from body flex. Either way I'm getting ready to bend over and fork out some bucks. One good thing is I have 100% glass coverage on my AAA auto Insurance policy. So if it is a Windshield ..It's a Freebee to me.

Mine wasn't rusted it just literally lost its adhesion I could have pushed it right out, maybe from the flexing of the vehicle over time or just heat and cold cycles

I watched the guy who replaced my windshield. He called me out and showed me. It was more than a crack behind the windshield but a hole like half the size of penny. In my yellow H2 have eliminated about 99.9% of water leaks. Nice having a dry cabin lol. If you take off headliner you can seal it from underneath.
