We have no ideas because you failed to include what you are talking about.
WHAT VEHICLE ARE YOU ASKING QUESTIONS ABOUT???? Year, Model, Miles and a description of any recent work done before the problem you describe would all be important information.

04 H2 350,000km I put a new alt and battery in 8 months ago the trucks been running fine last week my rear passenger door said it was ajar and it was fully closed so bat went dead and now this issue has happened but problem free for a week
Door left open should not kill the battery. There are two circuits. Retained accessory power keeps certain things powered after the key is shut off until a door is opened like the radio. The inadvertent power supply voltage circuit provides battery positive voltage to all of the interior reading lamps, instrument panel (I/P) compartment lamp, and both visor vanity mirror lamps. In the event that any of these lamps were to remain illuminated for a period of more than 10 minutes with the ignition switch in the OFF position, the BCM will deactivate the inadvertent power supply voltage circuit to prevent a total battery discharge condition.
Does not matter if your battery or alternator are 1 day old or 4 years old. Either can go bad and are something to check. With the issues you mentioned in the first post though I'd suspect water intrusion may have gotten into the BCM or you might have some ground issues somewhere.

I had the same issue and after many hours of troubleshooting, I found the ground on the air compressor module was rotted away. I Removed the compressor tray since the vehicle has coils springs now and I then sealed off the connections.
