Default driving past 85mph shaking and rattling

hey! so i did some highway driving and i noticed when i stay under 85mph the truck feels good and everything however when i pass 85 mph and im at like 86-87mph it starts ratting and shaking more. i can like feel it in the floorboards.

is this normal and just beause the truck isnt supposed to go these speeds? or could it be related to some mechanical issue"

thx

"shaking more"? Get your tires balanced! I've driven 90+mph many times,100+mph a couple times and know 110mph=redline, never an issue.

ohh good idea ill get them checked thanks! sorry i am not very mechanically inclined but technically 75mph and 85mph should feel the same in our vehicles minus the extra wind noise? or is it prone to vibrate more. my steering wheel doesnt shake or anything its pretty planted thats why i over looked the tire balancing. it just feels like the truck is more shaky and vibratey, nothing excessive thats dangerous it just is noticeable but when i slow down to 84-85 mph its fine and below that

Vibrate more? High speed tire balance is done @120mph. Check your tires first!

Check tire balance and even front hubs. Mine rides smooth as silk at any speed.

check your drive shafts, check your tires, check your wheel bearings.
