Default Transmission Question

I have a 2003 H2 that seems to possibly have the beginnings of a transmission issue. The truck shifts and drives great. No problems with the 4x4 stuff at all. What I am starting to notice is that when driving around 65 to 70 mph, while the truck is in overdrive and tends to slip gently back and forth to the next gear down. The motor is not racing. It acts as if it is just swapping gears to account for a hill or something. I have never abused the truck and wonder if it is just a linkage adjustment I can make. Has anyone else heard of this. I have tried to be mindful of my driving manner to see if it was just me. But others who have driven the truck have also noticed it.

Thanks for your time

I have not had the system checked for any codes, but thats sounds like logical step. Thanks for the reply and anything else you come up with.

Maybe you could ask some friends and neighbors to suggest a reputable transmission shop nearby and swing by there and ask them to take it for a test drive and let you know what they think.
