Hummer H2For those who like a little more gleam to their Hummer, the H2 offers a similar rugged look as the H1, but as a lower cost, and with more added features, making it almost a massive luxury SUV.
Overpriced! Add $10 & get the complete hinge assembly:
thats just half a hinge. they sell them as 2 parts. door side and pillar side.
the bushings usually wear out first as they are very thin.
to remove the door completely you also have to remove the fake air breather on the cowl. the door is heavy and awkward. make sure to lower the window before removal to get a better purchase on the door definitely a 2 man job or a hoist of some kind.

Yes, the bushings wear, yet with a locking nut, you can torque it a bit(not too tight/binding) to prevent the bushings from wearing prematurely.
in the kit you posted above the nuts hold the pins. the bushing float on the pins. so no adjustments can be made. the weight of the door and a screw that keeps the door hinge together is what holds it in place.
Want to report that I changed the driver door pins. it is a pretty easy job here are the steps I took,
Support door from upper window frame window open,
Remove Vent cowl end as the door hits it if you lift it off the pins like I did.
Remove bolts off door limit/indent strap (door center) and the lock bolts on the hinge centers, Lift door off pins make sure it hangs close to body frame
Mark with sharpie the alignment of the bolts against the hinge on the body frame side, it is the only side of hinge needed off for the repair.
Remove hinge lock bolt then the 5- bolts holding the half hinge.
Compare the replacement parts to make sure you have the correct kit.
Cut the pressed in heads of the pins (not the pin) with a angle grinder
With a center punch pound out the pins off the hinge lock and remove the worn bushings
Install the new bushings, place new pins in place and tighten to press the taper back into the holes.
Once the pins are pressed into place loosen the lower nut slightly to unbind it.
Reverse the hinge removal steps to reinstall.
I did one hinge at a time, but pretty sure both can be off at the same time.
I can tell these will need to be kept lubricated to keep the bushings from wearing out to fast.
