Default Driver door hinge repair help

Has anyone done the repair or replacement of the driver door hinge H2, Mine is bad and would like to know which of the two halves needs replacing or do both get damaged? or is there a repair kit that could be used? last option could the worn holes be welded and re-drilled.

I am having the same issue with my front driver door. What I have found so far is replace all the hinges which is really expensive. So I am responding to watch this post for any other answers.

The bushings wear out before the pins. Contact Disco (580) 622-3090

Hinge pin/bushing example:

Disco secures hinge pin with locking nut not an e-clip. Door Fasteners

This is what you want: There are cheaper kits but this is the one I used this on my 06 after replacing the pins and bushing a number of times,

https://www.totalauto.com/products/detail/216869

Plus it has stainless pins! Doing this job requires supporting the door (engine hoist or you can use your upper garage door track if its strong enough.

You can remove the door but it requires some disassembly work to free the cables that plug into the convenience sub panel center on the left side of the dash and the left side drivers kick panel to clear all the wiring.

Overpriced! Add $10 & get the complete hinge assembly:
