Yes, with more time involved. Relays rated @ -40-300°F, heat up when energized.
Relays when energized can reach 150°F operating normal. Easy and cheap way to check relays>> Infrared thermometer,,,,>temp variance between relays with ignition off should be minimal & close to ambient.
