Annoying beeping/ringing noise ignition key?
#2
try lubing the ignition cylinder or get a new key made and see if it continues. if they say they cant make a key for a hummer tell them that you need it for an escalade, suburban, taho, or a 2500 same chit. had that happen at home depot. 2 bucks later the truck started.

Figured out?
I was lifting up my rear seats and heard the ringing get louder and saw this circuitry device and heard the ringing coming from it and it had a off switch and i clicked it off and bam no ringing. Is this something I need? never seen it before.

Not really, at minimum you would want to make sure it is always turned off unless you are using it as AC inverters do tend to draw a good bit of power from the battery. That inverter will provide a 120V AC plug outlet on the end of it which you can use to power a laptop charger or maybe a portable DVD player of smaller game console for example. At 150w it is pretty small though so not enough power to run a coffee maker or power tools. My guess with the other cables is a prior owner rigged it to run a game console or portable DVD player for kids.
The other wires are A/V (left and right audio plus composite video) extensions for connecting said game console or portable DVD player to connect to headrest monitors or maybe a swing down ceiling monitor.
