37” / 13.5 / 17 tires all terrain
Hello,
I am putting in a 37” / 13.5 / 17 on my 2006 Hummer H2 SUT, I would like to purchase some rims as well but what my offset should be so I can avoid the wheels from grinding ?

Contact the company you buy the wheels from they’ll tell you whether or not they’ll fit.
I don't believe you can put 37s on the H2 without rubbing in the front and reducing wheel travel in the back. In general 37s need a lift. The H2 can support up to 12.5 without modifications, but I believe 13.5 will rub in the front.
Others can weigh in but I believe the perfect fit for the H2 is:
* OEM = 315/70 R17 - BFG KO3
* or 35x12.5 then pick your wheels... R17, R18, R20
Everyone has an opinion on tires... if you do highway miles, I highly recommend the General Grabber AT/X as they are very quiet. The BFG KO3 is very highly rated (9.1 on tirerack)
If you like the Rhino black wheels then also check out XD. Here is a Black Rhino review -
Some Method models offer greater bead grip for off-roading, it may be the wheel if you offroad -
Most other options need trimming or a lift, or they rub. Checkout Custom Offsets
I do see that someone on Custom Offsets says that FUEL BLITZ 17X9 with NITTO RIDGE GRAPPLER 37"X12.5" do not rub... probably because they are on 9" width wheels - which I am not sure is optimal if you air them down for off-road... would much rather have 10 inches there.
What I like about Custom Offsets is you get feedback directly from other H2 owners... and they allow you to filter tires setups based on whether you need to lift, trim or if there will be rubbing. When looking at wheel/tire packages, there is a button called "See What Others are Running" which is helpful as well. Their website will also recommend the right offset... as would Tirerack...
