Looks like the codes are for Cylinder H (8) ignition coil and O2 sensors. Question, should I change all of the ignition coils or just this one?

drove the truck and noticed some vibration and loss or limited power when accelerated. it would gain speed eventually.

Check engine light was blinking but at light it went to solid light, then drove and switched to blinking again.

 

Check spark plug and wire first. Then if they look OK, just take coil pack from cylinder next to it and see if the problem is still there.

exhaust manifold leaks can also cause Oxygen sensor codes. maybe you have missing bolts. look for black soot near the number 8 plug.
