Hello hummer experts

My 2003 H2 driver seat have a slight movement when accelerating
The seat have a very small movement forward when I accelerate and ite very annoying..does anyone have any experience? Please share or help how to fix.

Work bushings in the tracks and common enough that even Dormal makes a repair kit. Same seat frame setup as the full size GM trucks and SUV's.... Search eBay/Amazon for GM seat track repair - for full size SUV's and trucks. It does require fully removing the seat to install the fix and there are a bunch of youtube videos on it as well.

I look up on how to repair it 😟 its quiet a bit of a challenge.
I can build a house from ground but very low knowledge and patienc8 fixing cars😀

 

One tip - where the seats bolt to the floor. Looks like big inverted torx bolts..... regular 12 point sockets will fit on those just fine.
