does it work if you put the old fuse box back? if so make sure all the fuses and relays are where they should be on the new one and check the new fuse box for bent connector pins.

 

yes it did, actually this is the 2nd fusebox, the first I got everything worked except it wouldn’t start, put old back on it started, took it to GM they honored it gave me another one now scanner will not connect
