I recently purchased my 2004 H2 from Texas and have now introduced it to cold weather, got down to -3 last night. I seem to be having problems with the heater. The hot air works absolutely great through the dash vents but I'm definetely getting cold air on my feet and lap. When I change it to floor vents only it doesn't do anything, I can hear it blowing but I'm not feeling any warm air coming out. I used the Auto function as well and I still get the cold air on my lap. Also played with the recirc button but that didn't make a difference. Is it possible my internal vent panels are not opening/closing correctly? Any other suggestions?

 

Its the vacumn. Check for a hose that has come loose.

There are no vacuum hoses on the HVAC, check for blend door motors not functioning properly.
