Hummer H2For those who like a little more gleam to their Hummer, the H2 offers a similar rugged look as the H1, but as a lower cost, and with more added features, making it almost a massive luxury SUV.
Bought this Hummer back a few years ago near Virginia Beach, was kind of ratty, interior was trashed and lots of subpar wiring jobs. Finally got most of the bugs worked out, even had to change the heater box. I drove it about 10k miles. The 6.0 started making noise in the bottom end. My friend Chuck and I aquired a 6.0 from an 03 3500 flatbed truck with 119k miles on it, did 243 heads, a BTR STG2 truck cam with LS7 style lifters and BTR pushrods with trunnion style rocker arms. Truck has long tubes on it as well. Just had a fresh 4l60E done for it. Really enjoying driving it. has bit more power and sounds awesome. Has the right amount of chop.
