I just purchased A 03 Homer H2, and my RPM won't go past 2000 . My MPH works fine. Just trying to find out what type of good advice I can get before I go to a actual shop?

 

Any addl info, Check engine light, pop's sputters, gauge info, all normal readings. In park tapping the gas, can you get the RPM's to go over 2K, Do you have access to a scanner? How many miles? I guess at least it runs, thats a start.

 

Need more info, is it running fine and just the tach that is not reading right? In that case a cluster repair will be needed, if it is not revving over 2000 RPM, I would suspect a clogged catalytic convertor.
