Before driving yourself crazy, check the battery terminals and cables. Corrosion builds up inside the caps that cover the terminals and prevent a good contact. This is the very first thing that I had to do several years ago when I first purchased my truck. Take it apart and clean them out real good with a wire brush. Even replace the bolts if you want. They are cheap.
If you're certain that you have a drain, start by checking any extra stuff that may have been added to the truck. Like alarms or aftermarket stereo

have you checked how many amps you are drawing while sitting? What other toys do you have hooked up? I check mine for a parasitic draw and all the standard equipment was good, but I found out the largest draw was my ScanGauge that I have plugged into the OBD II port. I think with everything there was a .1 amp draw. Plus I had a battery that was starting to go out after 3 years, should have lasted longer. Now with new batteries I have no problems even if I only drive it once a month.

I'm not an expert but my 03 has all cigarette plugs live and the interior lights never go to sleep unless you close all doors.
