Hey buddy, I had a friend about 4 years back that used an aftermarket set of H2 SUV lights on his SUT, I believe he just cut the lip on the top and put a small L angle aluminum on the top and sealed it up and then sprayed it black with spray.

I would ask him if he any pictures or remembered exactly what he did but he has since moved away and I have no contact info for him. You should post this up on the forum, perhaps someone else has already gone down this path.
