In case you didn't know, Chris Benoit was found dead along with his 7 yr old son and his wife on Monday the 25th. Investigators are saying that is a murder suicide. They are saying that Benoit first smothered his son and then his wife before hanging himself with his exercise equipment. They say that it may have been "roid rage".

Of all wrestlers in the WWE,Benoit would have been the last one that I would have suspected of something like this. He always seemed to be the family guy and I respected him as a person and as a wrestler.

I know that I have learned a valuable lesson about this situation.

If any of you or your kids are on steroids or thinking about it, it is your life, but see what it does to your body, your family, and your friends. It makes you do irrational things and eventually you will regret it. I am sure that some of your kids play football and other sports where you need lots of muscle, but please as parents, know what they are doing and who they are hanging out with.

In this day and age, appearance is very influential in teens and even adults. Please don't think that steroids are the answer. Good old fashion hard work is still the best strategy for a healthy body and mind.

Unfortunately, wrestling appeals to the younger kids and adults alike. I hope that someone does something in professional sports that will dictate what is acceptable and what is not. Fathers killing their family is NOT acceptable. After all of this I am done watching WWE and I am also done watching baseball, which has been my life long passion.

Hopefully someone will read this and know that they are in danger for the same situation. All that I can ask for isthat this post can stop someone from making the same mistake that others have made. Who know it may save someones life.

I am not accusing anyone of anything I just want to make it known that there is a problem and to think about what you or your kids are doing. I hate to see something like this happen to anyone and hate to see that society promotes these things with how they portray to our kids. I have lost all respect for professional sports and I will continue to enjoy collegiate sports as there is better "PURE" competition.

Crank (methamphetamines)is also a terrible life wrecker..I know a couple of my past friends in Evansville, IN that went off the deep end, because they got so wrapped up in Crank...terrible way to go..Teeth loss and facial sores are the first signs of heavy additction..

My name "Crank" was taken from my nick nameyears ago when I had a Harley that was a real hassle to kick start. In case anyone had any doubts... My buddies called me Crank because I would spend a lot of time trying to "Crank" over the engine. A great workout, looked cool, but not recommended for an old man like myself! I use a starter now!
