my wipers went crazy, blurring even when turned off

 

Sounds like a shorted wiper module.

 

yea wiper mod went bad. I would get it replaced.

 

this is common. there is a chip board under you windshield wipers that got wet. search this forum and there is someone that explains it step for step. same thing happened to me and i was able to fix it

Thank you guys... it was the wiper module..I had to order new one from hummer dealer and my husband replaced it ... its working now!! B.

 

Thank goodness for you guys. I just started having these issues in my 2005 h2 that we've only had for a month On my way to work this morning, the front wipers would not turn off then at lunchtime the rear washer and wiper began going full steam and I couldn't turn it off. I did figure out that if I turned the front wipers on high the rear would turn off. Too bad it wasn't raining, haha. Can't wait to see what it has in store for the drive home. Thank you for this information.
