I have more problems with mirrors than the window.....damn things drive me crazy.....

 

There are a couple Phillips screws under the weatherstripping. The link below has some pictures showing the screws. It also shows the dealer "fix" for the rattle...

my pillars did this... you can get them on Ebay for about $50 - $60. i would just replace them.. they look good when they aren't faded anyways.

one thing you will need to help remove the pillars is a short phillips screwdriver... the lower screw is hard to get out due to the door being in the way...
