so you can mount a 305/70R16 tire on the stock H3 16" rims? being a wider tire than the stock 75R16's, will there be any issues with the tire popping off when off-roading?

ive always thought the 315's were a little disproportionate or too large for the H3 without a lift but the 305's looked perfect however, they did not come in the 75R16 size.

so the 305/70R16 tires will work on the stock rims?

I wheel with guys that have 315/75/16, 305/70/16 & 285/75/16 tires on original OEM rims. We all air down to between 15 to 20 lbs. and I have never seen a tire break a bead.
285/75/16 & 305/70/16 are the same diameter - 33"
305/70/16 & 315/75/16 are the same width - approx. 12"

I went with cooper stt maxx's I 265's I like them Im happy

thanks for the clarification. id like to go with the wider 305's but wasnt sure if it wouldve worked on the stock rims, but now i know. thanks Bunger!

After all of this discussion, 265's I thought you didn't want small tires ?
