My 2006 h3 hummer 37000 miles will turn over but not start. I cannot shift gears when I press the brake but the brake lights work....Anyone have any idea on that.

 

Is the security light on? If so wait 10 minutes and try again. If you have a spare key, try that. If the ignition senses a something not right with the key, it goes into anti-theft mode. A bad ignition switch was a know problem the the 06's. Do a search on this an other forums for more information.
