Actually its from the floods in Texas. The news article I saw said its abandoned.

 

^they probably thought....I HAVE A HUMMER, ILL FORGE THIS WATER. Until the water hit that passenger side air intake and the engine stalled.....too sad to see an H2 water logged.

 

That hummer will be on a used car lot next year listed as slight water damage from leaking marker lights

 

Can't see any clearance lights on the roof or plastic corner hood covers. H3?

After Katrina the market was flooded with vehicles like this. Sorry for the pun. I used to see them piled up under the 610 loop to the airport in NOLA while travelling. They supposedly crushed most of them but you know lots of them got sold to unsuspecting peeps.
