Where does GPS Antenna go?

Default Where does GPS Antenna go?
I have an 08 h2. My truck didn't come with nav from the factory. Where does the GPS antenna mount? under the defrost plastics??? and do I need a vss wire? I bought one just in case.

Did you get an OEM nav system? If so, is it simple to install, like just plug & play? I have an '08 H2 as well and am thinking of going with an OEM nav system. Just wondering how easy it would be to install.

the GPS antenna is under the top dash plastics next to the windsheild over the heated box. In my 05 it is a bear to get to.
