The chrome grill on my 2007 H3 is pitted from sand/salt. Can I get a replacement anywhere?

(I'm not talking about the bolt-ons and stick ons which can be found in most accessory shops, but the actual chrome grille as shown in the attachment.)

 

You can try a local body shop. I have defects in my grille as well, and I thought it may be covered under warranty. Blemishes from what appears to be a faulty chrome plating job.
