Had my stock wheels powder coated

 

Thanks all, I used Rust-Oleum Professional High Performance Enamel for the brakes.

I used this stuff on a 2003 Lightning, 2000 Vette Coupe, and a Z28..... it's $40 for a lil pint.... but it stood up to Baer's break-in testing for a new braking system...

Did you spray them with the tires mounted and just tape off? What kind of prep work did it require.

 

Yea I took the wheel off and gave them a light sanding taped off the tire and sprayed away. I did like 6+ coats on each wheel with a light sand between each coat. I did light coats to get that powder coat look. If you go heaver you will get more of a glossy hammered look.
