Default Wheel and Tire suggestions

I own a 09 H3T Alpha and i am looking at buying bigger tires and rims, but i have no idea what size or offset. I thinking about 20 inch or possibly 22 KMC Rockstars with either Nitto Terra grapplers or Trail grapplers. Any pictures or suggestions would be greatly appreciated

What exactly is the "look" your going for? Mall crawler? Street pounder? Or are you gonna actually wheel it?

Make sure to add this to your cup holder to go with the Nittos.

Since you're asking for suggestions. I suggest you keep the wheels you have or find some H3T steelies and then get some 35" Goodyear DuraTracs or Mickey Thompson MTZ's to put on them.

Suggestions since you asked:

1. Stay away from the bling-bling 20" and up "mall crawler" wheelz! Rockstars have been played out since 2009! Remember that the H3/H3Ts are HUB CENTRIC!!!!!!!

2. Buy an AMERICAN wheel and Tire. Do some research they are out there and they are some of the best in class! Plus you will be helping the US economy.

3. Please, go to the New Members section and post up an intro and some pix of your 09 "T" Alpha!!!!

Damn nice shot Doc !
Drop shadow and all

Meanwhile back to tires. Stick to truck tires for your truck. OR trade your H3 for an Escalade
then go with the 20's and rots of ruck with the project [sic]

At the risk of being labelled a traitor, I run Nitto Trail Grapplers. They are great tires, solid off road and relatively quiet on street. I wish I could go for a more aggressive tire but the reality is that it's a daily driver. Someday I'll go for those MTZ's.... I agree though, Don't do anything over 18". Looks too "bro-ish" in my book.

Thumbs up

Leveled our front end, installed Bilstein shocks and put on Cepek DC-2's with Nitto Trail Grapplers and couldn't be happier. The ride is great without a lot of noise.
