What is really full!
The manual states that the fuel capacity is 23 gal.
I was curious if anyone found that number to be different.
Is it 23.25?, 23.50? or is it actually less than 23 gal.
When I fill up the needle does go past the full mark.
Just curious.

The most I ever put in was 22.5 gallons. I was just over the bottom "empty" line. My guage shows a needle over "full" when topped off. The first 3-4 gallons go slowly and the last 5 or 6 seem to go quicker, but fairly accurate, my guage just doesn't seem to update continually but moves about every 10 minutes or so. Really annoying when trying to judge how much is left before going totally empty.
take a glass jug, dump in a cup of dirt, fill it with water, shake it up,let it settle.
stick a straw in down to the bottom where the pickup tube ALWAYS IS, and take a good sip.
nice and clean huh??! now pour out 95 percent and with the straw again at the bottom, see if u kin sea iny diffurance.
running on mt is no different than running anywhere else,UNLESS,u got a lot of debris FLOATING ON TOP,, i doubt that.
its an old story that doesnt hold,,,WATER!!
just why would there be "crap" in your gas tank??
