I went around to the back door yesterday (and you do have to love this part of old homes) the door jam had swollen/warped a little from all of the cold then warm weather we have had. So I just pushed really hard and it came open. That doesn't constitute B&E does it?

 

If you get it... I would think it would be wise to invest the money to rewire it from the start.... and while you are in the walls.... replumb it....

wonder if it is old enough to be one of those historical landmarks....

they made a B&B out of one in my old hometown....

 

I really like it. 100 years old...might have some cool history to it. Maybe talk to a few of the nieghbors and see if they can give any insight into the place and people that used to live there.
