I love the OLDER HOUSES, but yeah, with upgraded kitchens and baths!!

Make SURE you have a THOROUGH INSPECTION since the bank owns it, you can generally get the FULL amount of "problems/defects" deducted as the bank just want's to get it off their books!!

Poor guy is now gone for a week. Pretty frustrating to fall into something like this and then not be able to do much with it.

 

Well, I'm sure it will be there when he gets back. It seems like it's been sitting there vacant for a while the way he describes.
