Rich, I spoke with a guy at Option One. He couldn't look up the property with the information I had. They track the loan by the Loan number,borrower's home phone number, SSN and/or address. I din't have any of that so he couldn't look up the property. he did say that they disposed of their REO property through the local MLS service and that it would be listed locally at some point. I told him that you wanted to try to buy the house now and save the bank some carrying and disposition costs so we needed to talk to someone about it now.
I guess the next thing is I need at least one of the pieces of information above so they can identify the property and see what they might do.

I'm also calling a real estate agent here locally to let them know my intentions and that I need them to let me know when it pops on MLS. VA criteria is turned in Muddy. When I get home there is something in my email that I'm supposed to fill out and send back.
