What do you think about the roof marker lights on the h3?
Check out this thread about both options for cab lights:

I did the individual lights myself. Love them. No noise. No leaks. looks great at night (like a bigger rig) and no ugly black plastic bar on the roof. JMO
I too think it's the best addition to my 3.

Blackbear, I just ordered a set of 5 Pacer/Cevy style amber cab lights. Thanks for the inspiration!
SculptorMGM, that's what I'm talking about. Look BETTER than factory! I'll probably do the rear afterwards. I found a nice set at JC Whitney that looked like they would work great for the rear and they're about $30 for the set of 5.

Ive got them and love them. Actually about the wind noise. I have the redesigned but the installer from the dealership told me to get rid of the wind noise pull the rubber lip thats on top of the roof that connects to the windshield up over the lip of the roof marker lights assembly, and slide the roof marker assembly underneath the rubber gasket. its looks just as good but completely gets rid of any wind noise. Even though I have the new design he still did it with mine. Cant tell they are up there at all...

I really like the marker light look. I would put them on but we have the factory fog lights up top.

I've ordered my set, kinda nervous about drilling into the roof but was more worried about the headliner and it appears that it's not too difficult to remove it at least the front part.
The only issue I have is where to tie in the wires so they work with my other running lights and also the instructions on removing the rubber in the pillar was a little vague. Can someone clarify that part for me?
thanks guys, great job on rolling your own. I hope mine turns out as good as yours.
