What can we use from Adventure Package?
I knowthe Adventure packagehas the 33" wheels, which doesn't interest me. But how about the shocks, springs and anti-sway bars? I'd love to reduce the lean in my H3X. Anybody got a feel for this?
Yo Bob..
The adventure package only involves ..Like you said, the 285 tires...Plus, a 4:1 Borg Warner transfer case, Locking rear Differential, Stiffer Shocks ONLY..everything else is the same as the base model..

That electronic rear locking differential is big time mochismo!!!!! The whole reason I have my '07 Adventure. No rocks to crawl in Michigan (really zero in the lower, you could find a few in the UP) but get your rig bogged down in the soft stuff and WOW does linking the two rear wheels together help. Works pretty good for clearing some fallen trees/logs too. For the Non-Adventure group.....the rear differential on the Adventure locks together only at speed under 20 mph according to the owner's manual. I never tried to go faster yet to see what it really does? When you are creeping thru rugged stuff, how fast can ya go anyway? Dennis hit the nail on the head, 33 inch tires, wheels are 16 inch, same basic H3, just a plus in the off road equipment. I only dreamed of having an electonic rear locker in previous 4x4s. Adventuring. J
I'm confused. My H3 has 3 buttons on the dash. When I push the second button it seems to lock the differential. The tires chatter and scream a bit when I make turns. What gives?

The H3 is a full-time four-wheel drive system, that operates in a 40Fx 60R setup. If you push the 4wheel high LOCK button, you lock in a 50x50 which can transfer power and then you have the four wheel low lock, which drops the t/case to a different ratio.

Also, do we have an overdrive for the highway?
