No.. The idiot came running up to me all excited yelling something about his light was Stuck on Yellow. It was Fricken RED.!! He got the ticket and thier were 4 witness's who filled out reports saying he ran the light.

When he told me the light facing him was stuck on Yellow I just said.. OK .Dude and dropped the air bag that I was holding up in his face.

stuck in yellow means yield/caution.... not try and beat me...

idiot.... that's going to raise some rates.... and a $273 ticket+court costs... I think red light is a mandatory court appearance in Jersey.

Don't know about the ticket cost or court appearence but I'm glad it doesn't effect my insurance rate. I checked.

As long as I stay clean till Dec 2011.. I'm cool No rate increase for me.

Now here's the latest... I have Lojack on the H2. 3 weeks ago I had a 2 year check done where they check out the internal battery in the Lojack and test it's transmission strentgh. That cost $99.00

I also bought an extra waranty as mine will run out soon. They had a special price of $99.00 for that.

This warranty is in case they don't recover my rig in 24 hours I get the cost of the original install back. Only if the unit is defective at the time of theft.

Now the rig is in for repair and after telling the Body shop not to dissconnect the main battery in the H2 or it will trigger the Lojack battery and run it down, I was informed that they have to dissconnect it to install the new air bag and Module. If they leave it dissconnected for a few days..it will use up the ammount of total time the Lojack can transmitt it's signal.

The insurance company said they will not cover a return visit from Lojack to retest it or install a new unit as the battery is sealed inside the Lojack unit.

I called the body shop back and asked if they could just pull the Air Bag System Fuse's to keep the Lojack from turning on and runing down it's battery.
So as of this date ..I am waiting to here from the body shop and or GEICO as the Body guy said that this is not correct.... and they should cover it. He is going to contact GEICO and try and work it out.

Otherwise it will cost me $300.00 to $350.00 for a new unit.. I'll keep you posted.

I live in L.A. now and have had the good luck to get rear ended..twice. Last time stuck my trailer hitch through the radiator of the non-english speaking man who hit me. I left him in the intersection as his coolant drained out onto the pavement. I won't drive a small car here anymore as my wife has been hit three times over the last seven years here. all at red lights.
