so looking for mods to the I5 in my H3 rather than trading for an alpha or going thru the headache of swaping. i found this...

Vortech Engineering has introduced high-output (HO) charge cooled supercharging systems for the 2008 3.7L I5 GM H3 Hummer.
The addition of the new V-3 Si-Trim centrifugal supercharger will increase crankshaft power from 242 to 340 HP with additional torque up to 307 lb.ft. at 7 PSI. on 91 octane pump gasoline

Like I said before, get an Alpha.

 

I don't know of a company actively making a supercharger for the I5, and by the time you have it tuned and all the bugs worked out of it you could have bought an Alpha

 

At the bottom of the page it say's it never went into production. Looks like an old story.

 

If you do I would suggest a transmission beef up as I have now done 7000km with my supercharger and have destroyed the torque converter, I'm now doing a full trans rebuild with heavy duty clutch pack and bearings etc.
