has anyone had any problems with the heater switch failing . saturday mine was working fine ,went in inside ,came back out , not working. it is still at the dealers waiting for them to get back to work after christmas. they did give me a rental.

 

Did the blower not work at all?? Could be a fuse...

 

yes ,i checked them befor i took it to the dealer. i thought that there might be2nd fuse box some place else. they checked everything over ,fuses, relays and wireing and couldent find anything wrong. said it might be a resistor ,on the switch,behind the dash the truck has 24000 miles on it and i just got 7 days ago. it is still under warrenty and i did get it extinded.

 

Mineworks just fine but when I put in in MAX A/C it smells like wires burning. I'm sure if I let it run it'll burn up and there will be no trouble finding it. That and about seven other problems for the next dealer visit.

 

Do you have head rest DVD's? If so tell them to look at the blower resister
harness.It would seem that all the problems I have had was because of how
the video is wired in.
