VIN Breakdown
Hi Does anyone know how to breakdown the Date code on the VIN #?
2006 Hummer H3

What kind od information are you looking for? The last 6 are just for the production #s.
Do you want to know the build date? In service date? Options? For the first 2 you can go to (or call) any GM dealer and ask them for this information they may even be nice enough to give you all of the options your rig came with from the factory. If they don't you can look at the sticker in the glove box. It will have the RPO codes for your rig. Look them up!
