Hi my wife's H3 has all terrain tires for over a year. This week I drove the H3 and at 25 to 30 mph I can here a raddle or a vibrating sound on the driver's side, it sounds like a license plate frame vibrating but I can't point the exact area of sound. I'm going to start by rotating tires hoping I can figure out the noise. I know there has been talks about sounds on driver's side on H3 since 07, but my peddles don't vibrate or any knocking just a lose or vibrating sound

 

Exhaust manifold heat shield is a common culprit, check that. It gets cracked and/or makes contact with something and causes a racket.
