Using trailer option ?

Using trailer option ?
The last weekend while was towing the boat (about 5500pnd)
using the trailer option the temp was a little over (210+) what Im used to (200)
I didnt want to be worry about it so turned AC off and temp keep steady on the 210 while was driving on turnpike @70 with 100°
Is it normal for engine to.work a little hot while towing ?
Tranny was good @180 with the cooler mod
is any mod available for the radiator or fams to get it work colder
