I don't see the Underbody Protection package on the option list. Is this a dealer installed accessory? Also what's the price? The Hummer site shows this as having a tranmission shield, and an upgraded transfer case shield.

I do believe it is a dealer installed item, but to be honest, if you know anybody that knows which way to properly turn a screw to tighten it, have them put them on, or put them on yourself. It took me about 15 minutes to put them on. All you need is a 13mm wrench, and a 13 mm socket (I think that's the size, it was a while ago.) The directions are strait forward and simple. The dealer will charge you installation for it. This can be quite expensive. The rock rails are only $570 from the parts counter, but $900 on the window sticker.

 

I always do my own work anyway, so bolting them on is no problem. Thanks!
