Default Truxxx Kit Question

Anyone with the Truxxx kit have any problems with klunking in the front sounds like the right side? I used the keys and the shock extensions and had the alignment done with my mechanic and ever since then I have had the klunking. Not sure what it is. Any input you have would be appreciated.

Thanks

Does it make the noise when going over bumps...like a speed bump for example?

I am not getting squeaking but clunking when hard on the brakes, usually just once until on the gas again. I took it in to have it looked at and the keys, being painted like a rhino lining, were the problem.

Now that the lining has worn a little the noise is going away. I also sprayed some lube in the keys and the noise was totally gone.

I think once the lining is gone the nosie will go with it. BTW I got my new kit for $120. The install and alignment was another $120. Very pleased with the look andonce thenoiseis gone I will be a happy camper. Thanksfor the replies.

Mine used to do that in the beginning, then I had the shop that installed it add grease to the contact areas and the sounds went away. It's been 6 months without any noise, I'll let you know if it ever comes back.
