Well my 09 h3 with only 48k miles trans went out. Lucky me it was still under warranty. The dealer said that the torq converter failed and the trans pump cover broke causing metal shavings to go all threw the trans and destroy all the clutches. They rebuilt the whole trans and now it is not as sluggish as before picks up pretty quickly. I just hope this don't happen again
