Trans Cool Lines
Well I checked under the hood of my 06 today and saw one if my trans cool lines is shot. Leaking from the rubber crimped area of the line. Got two new lines shipping to me now.
Anyone ever replaced these lines?? If so, got any tips or tricks? I think it might be a good time to waste some trans fluid and flush my trans and go a head and drop the pan and replace the filter. This truck only has 63,000 miles on it and I know for a fact the trans filter is the original one.
So if anyone has some advice on the procedure or tools needed that would be great!
Thanks,
Kirch

Hey Kirchner
Attempted to do it this summer... it is difficult to say the least. Decided to leave the ome lines there. The new ones are on the washer in basement. There was no way my big hands were gonna fit in there. Lol.
Be very careful and block the wheels.
