Having enjoyed my 07 H3 Adventure for almost 3 years, I've decided to step up to an H2. 05s and 06s fit my budget best. I've got a pretty good deal on 2005 H2 that has what I'm looking for but am curious if the 2006 MY is markedly better and if I should wait to find one in the color/config? Thanks in advance!

2003 to 2007 are all just as good as any. Find the color and mileage you want and go for it.

I know this is a long shot........if there any place to look at where they made "changes of improvment" to them fron 05 to 06? Or does anyone know the improvments first hand?

 

I was told from 05 to 06, one of the changes was body mounts repositioned. Stuff like that I am trying to figure out.

 

Good point BIGT2148. That is also what I was after in addition to the major content differences. I was looking at both 05 and 06 models on lots yesterday and one of the differences not noted by the factory PR is the redesign of the spare carrier latching system. The 06+ has a spring-loaded latch mechanism to secure the spare carrier swing gate while the 05 simply has a pin holding it in place.

Any other detail improvements between 05 and 06 would be appreciated.

I traded my 06 H3 for an 05 H2 a little over a year ago. I think the 06's have the new style rear view mirrors. My spare tire carrier has a latch and a pin holding it in place, so I'm not sure what you saw there..

From what I know there isnt too much else that is different until you get to the later models
