Default Which tires are best for normal road use?

I have a 2004 Hummer H2 and would like to get your feedback on what tires are best for just normal daily driving? I realize that the BF Goodrich All Terrain T/A KO are GM's recommendation but I am also looking at the Cooper Discoverer AT3 .

Thank you!

The BFG AT is a great street tire for the H2.

Thank you 3hummers for your input. I have used Coopers in the past on other trucks and SUV's and have found them to be much quieter on the road. Did not know if anyone has had experience with any other brands other than the customs and off-road?

I'm currently running 285/75/16 good year wrangler silent armor's on my h3. They seem to be a great tire, & are very quiet on the highway (I can't hear them @ all!). I could only imagine they would perform just as well on an H2.

I have 325-60-20 NittoTerra Grapplers on my H2, I hardly hear any noise.

Not recommended. If its the O.E. tire your talking about mixing three new tires with one from 2004. Tires have an expected life of six years. Rubber breaks down and becomes brittle (even sitting on the spare). his rolling diameters would be fine but you have one tire with a high likelyhood of coming apart on the freeway.
